This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
Growing up near Memphis, TN I've heard some pretty interesting stories about famous people my family has known and met. My Granddad knew Elvis and gave him a ride a time or too. (Even though he thought he was strange.) My great aunt knew him too. She was even there at the hospital working as a nurse the night he died and he was brought in. Sorry to burst your bubble....but yes, Elvis is dead. I went to school with John Grisham's nephews and had his sister-in-law as a teacher. Then there are stories about famous blues singers and others. But I have a story of my own to top them all!! I , as an infant, met Andy Warhol!! My mom told me the story tonight. She was watching the Antique Road Show. There was a man on the show with an old napkin. On it was a signature and a little sketch. It turned out to be by Andy Warhol himself. The expert explained that in the 80's Andy Warhol had a habit of going up to children in resturants and doing little sketches for them. Well....thats where my story comes in. It was the early 80's and my parents had taken my brother and I to a donut place in Memphis. Krispe Kreme to be exact. Of course I was just a small baby at the time. Anyway she said this strange man with white hair just walked up to our table, sat down, and started talking to my brother. Then he took a napkin and drew an elephant, signed it, and left. The lady at the counter told them to hang on to it. She said it would be worth something one day. My parents, of course, had no idea who the eccentric old man was but hung on to the skethc for a little while. Years past and it was lost. So, she was a little surprised to hear it could have been worth something. She still had no idea who the man was and actually asked me tonight when she called if I had ever heard of Andy War..something. I stuttered...Do you mean Andy Warhol...and she said that was it. I thought I was going to faint!! I had actually met Andy Warhol nearly 24 years ago. Oh...how I wish she still had that sketch!! I don't know what I am in shock over the most. The fact she doesn't know who Andy Warhol is or the fact she actually had a sketch by him and lost it!!

In my opinion, we don't devote nearly enough scientific research to finding a cure for idiots.
